Roxby Wheelers 'Hilly' & Hill Climb

Curran is still in winning form

Commonwealth Games road champion Paul Curran showed he has lost none of his zip as the season draws to its end. Riding in the Roxby Wheelers 21-mile time trial on Saturday, on the T237 in Teesside, Curran had a winning margin of 2-20 with his 48-26 over Dave Cook (Ferryhill Wheelers).

On Sunday Curran produced another fine performance to win the Roxby Wheelers hill-climb. The Manchester Wheeler climbed the 1.9 miles Roxby Hill in 7-28 to establish a course record by 14 seconds.
