Cleveland Wheelers Overflow '25'

Curran excels in local time trial

Teesside's GHS ten-mile championship winner, 15-year-old Paul Curran of Stockton Wheelers, really excelled to win the Cleveland Wheelers overflow 25.

A personal best of 59-14 took him inside 60 minutes for the distance for the first time. He set an impressive winning margin of 3mins, 5secs over second placed Alan Busby who led the Hartlepool-Cameron Strongarm squad of Alan Brown, 1-3-6 in fifth position and Martin Bourner with 1-5-12, to the team award.
