Curran takes honours again

Paul Curran picked up another award when he was presented with the Val Waterhouse Road Trophy at the British Cycling Federation dinner and presentation at Blackpool's Savoy Hotel.

This trophy is awarded to the top performer on the road and nobody could question Paul's latest honour. He was also awarded with the Star Trophy for the second successive year.

Paul, who is to remain as an amateur next season will be guest of honour at Stockton Wheelers' dinner and presentation tonight, the club he rode for before joining the Manchester Wheelers' team.
